We offer free shipping, and you can easily return unwanted goods in Lithuania within 14 days from the date of delivery for free in physical stores or through an Omniva parcel machine (after filling out the return form, you will receive a code, which you enter at the parcel machine and receive a sticker - €3 will later be deducted from the returned amount).

You can return/exchange items free of charge at Pepper Brad Studio physical stores:

To exchange an item, select "Exchange Item" in the return form.

Return via parcel machine:

If you purchased online, obtain a return code by completing the electronic return form (otherwise we will not be able to process your return).
Now, with the received return code, you can return the package at a convenient Omniva parcel machine (you will receive a parcel sticker at the parcel machine after entering the received code)
Select "Return shipment" from the main menu of the parcel terminal screen
Enter the return code for the package, print the sticker and stick it on.
Place the package in the parcel locker and close the door.

Returning goods through parcel lockers is the most convenient return method, as parcel lockers are open 24/7 and you can place the shipment at a time convenient for you.

The money is refunded within 1-5 days from the date of receipt of the goods to the same account from which the payment was made.
