To exchange an item, return it and place a new order.

Return via parcel machine:

1. If you purchased online, please obtain a return code by completing the electronic return form (otherwise we will not be able to process your return).
2. Now, with the return code you received, you can return the package to a convenient Omniva parcel machine.
3. Select "Return shipment" from the main menu of the parcel terminal screen
4. Enter the return code for the package, print the sticker and stick it on.
5. Place the package in the parcel locker and close the door.

Returning goods through parcel lockers is the most convenient way to return goods, because parcel lockers are open 24/7 and you can place the shipment at a time convenient for you.

Money will be refunded within 1-5 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
